Immune disease risk variants regulate gene expression dynamics during CD4+ T cell activation

We investigated how gene expression of CD4 T cells changes in a time course of activation and how it is influenced by the donor genotypes. We profiled more than 600K naive and memory T cells from 119 donors, localised them on the trajectory of activation and identified cell-subtype specific and timepoint-specific eQTLs.
